Movement & Health Solutions was created by Rob Denmark who has operated as a Personal Trainer for over 5 years. From the beginning, he has had a strong focus on full body, functional training and movement efficiency. Later, becoming a corrective exercise specialist in The Biomechanics Method, he has helped many individuals improve their movement as well as manage & eliminate chronic pain.
This, combined with his empathetic nature, enables him to offer the complete Personal Training experience. Customer focus is paramount and how our clients are feeling, both physically & emotionally, is always a top priority.
