Yes! We have helped people from 14 years old right through to late 80’s. Everyone can benefit from our style of training to improve their movement, strength, fitness & mindset. We simply have a passion for working with people over 50, with 60% of our clients being 60 and over.
No, we do not diagnose or treat acute injuries but can recommend highly skilled allied health professionals that do. We can however, help assist & educate you in managing & even eliminating symptoms from previous injuries, movement dysfunctions & postural issues.
No, we don’t believe in lock-in contracts. We know that once you experience what we offer our clients at MHS as well as our unrivalled passion & professionalism, you will look forward to your sessions & happily come back again & again! If you do need to stop your sessions for whatever reason, we simply have a 2-week cancellation policy.
At MHS, we understand that everybody is different. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been exercising for the past 20 years or if this is your first time doing regular exercise. We are here for you EVERY step of the way. We will challenge you but will always stay within your threshold of function, listen to your concerns & personalise your sessions to your individual needs.
Absolutely! The nature of our full body, Functional Movement Training allows for endless progressions. That’s one of the things that’s so cool about it. The goal is always optimal movement & health. Our training systems can be progressed to challenge even the most advanced & experienced of athletes.

Enjoy the fun, friendly competition & the social aspect of our Small Group Training Classes and combine it with the highly personalised experience of 1on1 Training, with your coach designing sessions to keep you progressing towards your individual goals
